About this role
- Oversee entire group life insurance operations and administration for smooth functioning
- Manage the policy issuance process, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery to the external and internal stakeholders
- Oversee premium reconciliation, ensuring accurate and timely receipting.
- Ensuring adherence of timely submission of Regulatory MIS and timelines.
- Monitor timely and accurate processing of benefit claim and refund within TAT stipulated by the company and the regulator.
- Manage internal & external audits and implement corrective actions/preventive actions as needed.
- Implement system and process Improvement to enhance efficiency and service quality
- Stakeholder management of Sales, Master Policyholders and Intermediaries.
- Manage vendor and off role resources ensuring service level management for outsourced activities.
