About this role
1. Data Transformation & Integration
- Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to consolidate data from various internal and external sources.
- Clean, transform, and structure data to ensure accuracy and usability.
2. Data Development & Automation
- Build and optimize data models and pipelines for reporting and analytics.
- Automate recurring data tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
3. Reporting & Visualization
- Design and develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Ensure reports are aligned with business needs and provide actionable insights.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work with business teams to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide support and training to users on BI tools and data interpretation.
5. Data Governance & Quality
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all BI solutions.
- Implement best practices for data documentation and version control.
