We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and flexible Transitional Aide to join our team! If you enjoy helping others and can adapt to changing schedules and client needs, we would love to hear from you.

💲 Pay: $18.00 per hour
🕒 Guaranteed 40 hours per week
REQUIREMENTS
• This position requires exceptional scheduling flexibility and availability around the clock (24/7) to help cover unexpected staff absences, accommodate new client needs, and fill shifts on short notice, including evenings, weekends, and occasional overnights.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to assist clients during transitional periods of care.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Dependable, professional, and compassionate demeanor.
• Ability to follow care plans, agency policies, and instructions from supervisors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide support and assistance to clients during transitions in care.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed and within the scope of the role.
• Follow established care plans and agency policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, caregivers, and other members of the care team.
• Help promote client comfort, safety, and independence.
• Adapt to changing client needs and scheduling requirements.
