PAC Service – Caregiver Wanted
We are seeking a dependable, confident, and compassionate caregiver who understands the importance of balancing support with independence.
The ideal candidate is someone who is kind but firm, patient but assertive, and compassionate without being overprotective. We need someone who can encourage accountability, maintain appropriate boundaries, and confidently handle challenging situations without giving in simply to avoid conflict.
The right person will:
• Encourage independence and personal responsibility rather than doing everything for the client.
• Maintain consistent expectations and follow established care plans.
• Be confident enough to redirect behaviors and address challenges calmly and respectfully.
• Demonstrate sound judgment, initiative, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Provide hands-on assistance when needed while promoting dignity, safety, and independence.
• Remain professional, level-headed, and consistent, even when faced with resistance.
We are looking for someone with a caring heart, a strong backbone, and the confidence to provide support without enabling behaviors or creating unnecessary dependence.
