Greeter/Host/Hostess

Marin Country Club , located in Novato, CA , is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Greeter/Host/Hostess ! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon , you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

- Welcomes each guest with a smile and friendly greeting escorts guests to their assigned table.

- Controls the flow of work in the room by seating guests in station rotation while maintaining guests lists and following and enforcing check issue procedures.

- Remains knowledgeable of all menu items, prices and general service procedures.

- Responsible for standards of appearance and cleanliness in all service areas.

- Remains visible on dining room floor, and is easily accessible to guests, staff and management.

- Checks all tables daily, before service to ensure proper settings.

- Assists with side work and/or assisting service staff with bussing table and taking cocktail orders.

- Communicates guest's requests and concerns to the department manager.

Other Qualifications

- Regular and reliable attendance.

- Demonstrates an outgoing and friendly attitude.
