What You'll Do
As a Manager – BCG Vantage on our Topic Activation path within BCG's Risk & Compliance Practice Area, you will deliver against the client and commercial priorities for the Markets & Commodities businesses and across Financial Risk more broadly, under the leadership of the Financial Risk Director. In your role, you will drive the agenda for digital solutions and assets (e.g., Intellectual Property, products and tools – many GenAI-enabled), with the support from the broader global topic team, and lead execution of innovation and asset development projects.
As a Manager – BCG Vantage, you will leverage your individual expertise to deliver differentiated insights and create meaningful value for BCG clients and case teams. You will contribute to client engagements and proposals by providing relevant analysis, perspectives, and expertise, helping case teams develop impactful, tailored solutions. You will also own analysis and asset-development workstreams in close partnership with the global topic team and case teams. Your role will be an individual contributor role without direct reports.
The Risk & Compliance Practice Area helps clients to manage key risks strategically, to advance organizational resilience and establish a profound risk culture, by defining and transforming Risk & Compliance operating models. We cover a diverse set of topics across financial and non-financial risks and assist in enabling clients' strategy through technical enablement with the help of our deep expertise in risk modelling, analytics and digitization.
Our commodity risk management and trading risk client work has expanded from utilities and oil and gas producers to metals and mining operations, agribusiness, and other industrials. We also assist merchant traders and banks as well as commodities exchanges, brokers, data providers, and government agencies.
