Practice Area

BCG is supporting the world's largest principal investors & private equity (PI) firms with the full spectrum of services covering the entire value chain from transaction services to transformative profit improvement programs for portfolio companies to strategy and operations work for the funds themselves. We are organized into six distinct sectors: Private Equity, Sovereign Wealth Funds (SWFs), Pension Funds, Hedge Funds, Family Offices and Infrastructure & Real Estate.

What You'll Do

As a member of BCG's Principal Investors & Private Equity (PIPE) practice area, with a particular focus on Operations, you will be at the core of the Paris PIPE team. You will collaborate on challenging projects with team members from diverse backgrounds, advising leading private equity clients and their portfolio companies on operational performance improvement and value creation.

You will work on a variety of topics, such as:

- Delivering operational due diligence projects for leading private equity clients, assessing operational performance, identifying improvement opportunities and quantifying value creation potential
- Leading operational performance improvement and transformation projects across procurement, supply chain, manufacturing and cost optimization, supporting portfolio companies in designing and implementing value creation plans
- Managing the end-to-end execution of consulting projects, ensuring successful delivery of client engagements and leading interactions with senior management teams and key stakeholders
- Leveraging AI, Gen AI and Agentic AI solutions (including numerous proprietary SW built in-house by BCG) to enhance operational diagnostics, automate analyses, strengthen benchmarking capabilities and identify cost optimization and value creation opportunities

Joining BCG's consulting team within our Paris PIPE center, you will be at the heart of innovation and changes ongoing today to achieve fundamental impact for our clients.

You will significantly contribute to the practice's ambitious growth target.

You will be based in France. Travel is expected and will vary based on project needs.

What You'll Bring

We are looking for exceptional talents to join us. You would typically:

- Have at least 4 years of experience with a leading strategy or management consulting firm, with a strong focus on operations, operational performance improvement, transformation and/or private equity value creation
- Have demonstrated experience in operational due diligence, operational value creation or large-scale operational transformation projects, ideally in a private equity context
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English, in addition to a strong presence and leadership skills
