Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Software Tester with 4–6 years of expertise in Manual and Automation Testing to drive software quality, improve test coverage and ensure reliable application releases.
Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Selenium or equivalent tools.
- Analyse requirements and prepare comprehensive test plans and scenarios.
- Identify, document, track, and manage defects through resolution.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams to resolve quality issues.
- Conduct API testing and database validation wherever required.
- Review test cases and automation scripts to improve testing efficiency.
- Monitor test results, prepare test reports, and support release validation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and testing standards.

Required Skills

- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Manual and Automation Testing.
- Strong knowledge of test planning, test case design, defect management, and QA processes.
- Experience with Selenium or similar automation frameworks.
- Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman.
- Understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologies, and regression testing.
- Familiarity with SQL and database validation.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in web and mobile application testing.
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
