Role Purpose
Responsible for swapping vehicles while ensuring safe and efficient handling of customer and company/owned vehicles.
Leadership
This position does not lead others.
Core Accountabilities
- Picking up and dropping off new and used vehicles dispatched by the Sales Manager from one dealership to another.
- Inspect vehicles & report any damage on vehicle to management immediately.
- Assist in making auction runs.
- Ensures accuracy in dealer trade paperwork, reporting anything incorrect to management.
- Report any accidents or injuries immediately. Report any hazards to management.
- Perform the duties of the Lot Attendant when asked.
- Perform miscellaneous duties within the dealership as needed.
- Assist in regular customer vehicle wash and vacuum.
- Must be able to lift at least fifty (50) pounds, bend, reach overhead, squat and stoop.

- High School Diploma
- 1-2 years experience in a customer service orientated environment preferred
- Can adapt and embrace change with an internal and external customer centric mindset
- Act as an advocate for teammates and have a strong commitment to technology advancement
- Possesses effective communication skills: oral, written, listening.
- Works well with customers, promotes a positive image of the company, strives to solve issues raised by customers.
