• Monitor travel industry trends, customer developments, and emerging technologies to help identify opportunities across the portfolio.
• Help build repeatable processes that keep our teams and customers informed on the topics that matter most.

Acceptance & Performance Analytics
• Support customer benchmarking, reporting, and performance analysis across Mastercard's travel and entertainment portfolio.
• Identify trends and opportunities related to payments performance, acceptance, authorizations, customer experience, and fraud.
• Help bring data-driven perspectives and recommendations into customer conversations and business reviews.

Sales Excellence & Business Operations
• Support forecasting, account planning, portfolio reporting, and performance tracking.
• Help provide the operational foundation that enables Account Directors to focus on customer growth and strategic engagement.
• Participate in customer meetings, portfolio reviews, and strategic initiatives across some of Mastercard's most important travel relationships.

Who You Are
• Naturally curious and energized by learning about industries, customers, market trends, and evolving technologies.
• Strong analytical thinker who enjoys turning information into actionable recommendations.
• Comfortable working across multiple projects, stakeholders, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communicator with experience developing presentations and executive-level materials.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable when managing recurring processes and deliverables.
• Collaborative, proactive, and willing to take ownership of projects and initiatives.
• Experience working with data, reporting, business intelligence, or performance analytics is a plus.

Why Join Us?
