This entry-level role is designed to build foundational program management skills, with hands-on exposure to cross-functional technology delivery. This role reports to the Director of Project Management and partners closely with Technical Program Managers (TPMs), Product Managers, and Engineering teams.

Role:

• Support delivery across multiple Scrum teams and products, starting with established products and enhancements.
• Help plan and coordinate work across engineering, product, and partner teams such as BizOps and Infrastructure.
• Track timelines, dependencies, risks, and overall delivery health, and escalate issues when needed.
• Contribute to consistent program operations by supporting governance, intake, and release processes, and helping ensure teams follow established standards.
• Operate within an Agile environment, supporting team execution and alignment around priorities and delivery expectations.
• Facilitate clear communication across teams and support stakeholder updates alongside Product Managers.
• Contribute to broader program activities such as all-hands and engineering demos.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and strengthen how teams work together.

All About You:

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to track multiple priorities and keep work moving forward.
• Clear and effective communicator, comfortable working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Curious, motivated, and open to feedback and coaching.
• Collaborative mindset, with the ability to build strong working relationships across teams.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
• Ability to manage work independently while also partnering closely with others for guidance and alignment.
• Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to interpret information and translate it into actionable insights.
• Relevant technical exposure through coursework, projects, or an internship.
• Exposure to Agile ways of working, or interest in learning Agile delivery practices.
• Experience with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Confluence, or Jira is a plus.
