Join our housekeeping team at The Lion , a luxury property located in the heart of Vail, Colorado! We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual who takes pride in maintaining exceptional cleanliness and quality standards. This full-time, year-round position offers the opportunity to grow professionally while playing an important role in delivering outstanding guest and homeowner experiences. As part of our team, you will help ensure our luxury residences consistently meet the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Duties Include:
- Performing daily housekeeping services, including check-out cleanings, mid-stay services, deep cleaning, and special requests.
- Inspecting residences for cleanliness, presentation, guest readiness, and proper functioning of furniture, appliances, and amenities.
- Identifying and documenting maintenance issues, property damage, missing inventory, and other concerns, including photos and inspection checklists as needed.
- Communicating inspection findings and coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk teams to resolve issues and prepare residences for arrivals.
- Maintaining accurate inventory and ensuring linens, towels, kitchen supplies, and guest amenities are properly stocked and presented.
- Responding professionally to guest and homeowner requests while maintaining privacy, following safety standards, and keeping supplies and equipment organized.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- Previous housekeeping experience, preferably in a luxury hotel, resort, or vacation rental environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify cleanliness concerns, maintenance issues, and inventory discrepancies.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to complete digital inspection reports and communicate findings accurately.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain quality standards with minimal supervision.
- A proactive, accountable approach to problem-solving, with clear communication and a collaborative attitude.
- The physical ability to perform housekeeping and inspection duties throughout the workday, with availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
