What You Will Deliver
- Take full ownership and responsibility for the Profit & Loss (P&L) of the assigned territory, analyzing performance report and executing strategies for improvement and profitability
- Lead and manage daily driver coordination, establishing and monitoring strict driver KPIs, including on-time delivery (OTD) rates, route efficiency, and service quality
- Handle document collection and distribution in accordance with company’s requirements
- Stipulate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), KPIs, and action plans for both current and new customers to consistently enhance operational quality
- Monitor monthly and quarterly department KPIs, analyze operational data, and report performance to top management
- Handle emergency operations incidents, driver escalations, and ad-hoc tasks as requested
Who You Are
- Diploma graduate or above in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in the courier industry, warehouse, trucking company, or freight forwarding industry, with a minimum of 2 years specifically in the courier industry or fleet management.
- Proven, hands-on experience in driver management, specifically in tracking driver KPIs, enforcing on-time delivery measurements, and managing performance standards.
- Strong working knowledge of both Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Solid basic computer and software knowledge is fundamental, advanced Excel knowledge, including formulas and pivot tables, is a must.
- AI knowledge and application is a strong plus.
- Familiar with van, truck, and warehouse renting, as well as general operational workflows.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong ability to lead, discipline, and motivate driver teams.
- Good command of spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
- Proficient in Chinese and English typing.
- Hard-working, detail-oriented, active, responsible, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment with long hours.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and highly enthusiastic about logistics, technology, and e-commerce.
