Team Introduction
Monetisation Product Partnerships is a critical function in helping TikTok's commercial ecosystem partners
adopt, integrate, and scale AI platform capabilities. You will focus on supporting both existing partners and
new business development opportunities around AI tools, platform solutions, and business growth use cases.
In this role, you will work directly with partners across areas such as ad technology, commerce platforms, AI
platforms, data and measurement, and other ecosystem solutions. You will work closely with various internal
stakeholders including product, strategy, legal, partner activation & enablement, operations, and marketing to
accelerate partner adoption and drive scalable business impact.
As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests.

Responsibilities
- Support existing partners in adopting, integrating, and scaling AI platform capabilities, product tools, and solutions.
- Assist Partner Manager on go-to-market efforts, partner enablement, product training, and project execution in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct research on market trends, competitor movements, partner opportunities, and various business cases as assigned by Partner Managers.
- Facilitate internal and external meetings, partner communications, and related events.
