Job Requirements
We are currently seeking a Senior Engineer with experience in real estate and residential projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and a proven track record of successfully managing and overseeing residential projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of residential projects from conception to completion
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other team members to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and compliance with regulations
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and team members
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate and residential projects
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
