Controller

· Complete allocated tasks supporting Australian service operations in line with instructions, priorities and quality standards set by Australia-based Senior Controllers and Controllers AUS.

· Progress workflow activities, system updates and service administration tasks accurately and within agreed turnaround times.

· Maintain complete and accurate records, notes, journals, status updates and supporting documentation in relevant systems.

· Support customer and internal communication activities as directed, ensuring updates are professional, accurate and aligned to agreed standards.

· Assist with work in progress management by updating job status, following up actions and supporting timely progression and closure of jobs.

· Support parts and service coordination administration, including follow-up activities, documentation and information sharing as allocated.

· Escalate issues, exceptions, delays or unclear instructions promptly through the appropriate Australian functional channels and local Indian supervisory channels where relevant.

· Participate in structured handovers to maintain continuity between offshore and Australia-based support activities.

· Follow standard operating procedures, process controls, information security requirements and recordkeeping expectations applicable to the role.

· Work collaboratively with Australia-based Senior Controllers, Controllers AUS and the Local Supervisor in India to support a consistent and reliable offshore support model.

· Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues, inefficiencies or quality concerns in workflow administration.

· Maintain professional conduct, attendance standards and local compliance requirements in line with Indian employment and workplace expectations.

· Liaise and communicate with Australian Field Technicians, as directed, regarding job allocation, job requirements and related service information.

- Relevant experience in service coordination, workflow administration, customer support or similar operational support environments.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in systems work, documentation and status updates.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to follow structured instructions, prioritise allocated work and manage deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based support model with local line management and offshore functional direction.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage repetitive and time-sensitive administrative tasks.
- Ability to identify issues and escalate appropriately through defined channels.
- Commitment to quality, compliance, data integrity and safe work practices in an office-based environment.
