- Demonstrable expertise in planning and leading complex employment investigations, including scoping allegations, assessing evidence, conducting rigorous interviews, reaching defensible findings and producing executive-quality investigation reports. You will be highly capable of working alongside internal investigation teams, Employment Legal, Risk and Compliance while maintaining clear accountability for the employment-relations aspects of the matter.
- Extensive experience providing authoritative, risk-based advice on complex organisational change, including redundancy, redeployment and TUPE programmes, with the judgement to identify and manage legal, regulatory, conduct, reputational and employee-relations risk. Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions is desirable.
- Deep and current knowledge of UK employment law, HR policy and procedure, and the regulatory landscape governing financial services, with a strong record of translating those requirements into pragmatic, commercially aware and well-controlled outcomes.
- Proven success operating at senior level within a complex, global matrix organisation, influencing executive stakeholders, constructively challenging decisions and building alignment across business leadership, HR, Employment Legal, Risk, Compliance and internal investigation teams.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, sound judgement and diplomacy are essential, together with the ability to coach colleagues and set high professional standards.
