Maintenance Manager
Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, First Shift
Pay Range: $60,000 - $70,000

Maintenance Manager Duties:
Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform and supervise mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic repairs on conveyors, packaging machinery, and production equipment. Preventive Maintenance: Develop, implement, and maintain PM programs, schedules, and repair documentation to reduce equipment failures. Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and assign daily work orders to maintenance technicians; ensure work is executed safely and efficiently. Production & Food Safety Support: Partner with Production, QA, and Sanitation to support operational goals and maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Safety & Regulatory Compliance: Enforce OSHA standards, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, PPE requirements, and plant safety regulations. Inventory & Cost Control: Manage spare parts inventory, coordinate supply purchasing, and direct third-party contractors as needed.
Maintenance Manager Requirements:
Minimum Experience: 6 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Experience: Troubleshooting and repairing conveyors, packaging machines, and production equipment. Previous experience performing hands on troubleshooting and maintenance and coordinating maintenance activities. Ability to effectively prioritize general equipment and preventative maintenance. Must be an effective communicator and demonstrated leader.
