Quality Manager – Aerospace & Defense Supply Chain
Location: Proximity to Melville, NY (On-site)
Type: Full-Time
Salary: $80,000 – $100,000/year + Annual Performance Bonus (MBO)

A leading global organization in the aerospace and defense supply chain sector is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality operations. Reporting directly to the North America General Manager and the Global Head of Quality & Compliance, you will manage the local Quality Management System (QMS) and serve as the primary liaison for customer quality matters.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and continuously improve the QMS in compliance with AS9100 Rev. D, AS9120 Rev. B, and ISO 9001:2015 standards.
Lead internal, external, and third-party regulatory audits.
Manage customer quality requirements, root cause investigations, and corrective actions (CAPA).
Monitor quality metrics, drive continuous improvement, and foster a strong quality culture.
Partner with local and global leadership to ensure regulatory and procedural compliance.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a Quality Management role within a regulated environment.
Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 systems (AS9100 or AS9120 experience preferred).
Background in Aerospace, Defense, Aviation, or precision manufacturing.
Strong leadership, audit management, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience with SAP and Continuous Improvement methodologies is a plus.
Permanent U.S. work authorization required.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $80,000.00 - $100,000.00
