岗位职责/Job Responsibilities：
- 主导 AI 智能硬件（如智能眼镜、AI 翻译机）的系统架构设计与关键技术选型 。
- 负责 ISP 图像处理流水线的深度优化，协调 AI 算法在 RTOS 环境下的算力分配与数据流转 。
- 攻坚系统级功耗问题，通过优化传感器采样策略、异常唤醒检测及外设访问模式降低待机功耗 。
- 设计并优化传感器子系统架构，确保高频采样数据在 RTOS 下的高效传输与处理 。
- 指导开发团队解决复杂的跨模块集成问题，提升系统整体的鲁棒性 。
岗位要求/Job Requirements：
- 具备 5 年以上 RTOS 开发经验，有成功的 AI 穿戴产品量产经验 。
- 对内核中断处理、底层驱动架构及电源管理机制有极深理解 。
- 精通 BES 等平台的低功耗架构，熟悉 ISP 调试及图像数据预处理流程 。
- 具备优秀的分析能力，能从汇编或堆栈日志中快速定位复杂的系统异常 。
- 具有跨团队协作能力，能主导系统级技术标准的制定 。
