Opportunity for Production Operator Cork
Your Role:
- You will ensure deadlines are met in a timely manner and safe environment
- You are responsible for the productivity of your machine
- You will monitor production quality, including accuracy alignment of leaflets
- You will complete in process checks and production documentation
- You will meet output targets while minimizing waste and downtime
- You will report of any incidents to Shift Leads in a timely manner
- You will engage in Training and strict adherence to site Health & Safety procedures and site rules

Experience and Skills:
- Ability to organise and manage schedules issued.
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills are a must in this role
- Ability to handle a busy workload, while maintaining the required quality standards and deliver results to time in a challenging role
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task
- Enthusiastic attitude and quick learner
- Team work and flexible mindset
