To strengthen our motivated Ireland and UK Team IT support services team for our sites, we are looking for a passionate canditate (m/f/d).
MM Fiber Packaging Ireland is looking for an experienced and proactive Site IT Administrator to support our Glasnevin manufacturing site and wider UK and Ireland operations.
This varied, hands-on role includes first- and second-line user support, Microsoft systems administration, infrastructure coordination and first-line support for Operational Technology. You will work closely with production and engineering teams, Group IT and specialist partners to keep local services reliable, secure and compliant.
Your Role
- You will bring practical experience in IT support or systems administration, strong troubleshooting and customer-service skills, and working knowledge of technologies such as Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, DNS, DHCP and networking.
- Experience in manufacturing, OT, VMware, Aruba Networking or ServiceNow would be an advantage.
- You are ambitious to constantly improve our standard processes and support services
- You will contribute with your ideas and active participation in the service delivered.
- You are committed to help maintain the technology that supports our people and production operations.

Your Profile
- Proven experience in IT support, systems administration or a site-based IT role, ideally within manufacturing or another operational environment.
- Hands-on experience supporting endpoints, servers, network infrastructure, peripherals and Microsoft workplace technologies.
- Working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, DNS, DHCP and core network concepts, with the judgement to escalate specialist issues appropriately.
- You communicate fluently in written and spoken English (C1+), other languages will be an advantage
