Senior SAP BW/BI Consultant | Poland

🟢 Join our international SAP team and work on complex data and analytics solutions for international clients.
As a Senior SAP BW/BI Consultant, you will design, develop and improve SAP BW/4HANA solutions that help clients turn SAP data into meaningful business insights. You will work across data modelling, integration and analytics, collaborating directly with business and IT stakeholders.
This is a senior hands-on role with ownership of solution areas and technical decisions, without formal people-management responsibility.

💼 You will be a strong fit if you bring:
- Around 4+ years of hands-on SAP BW/BI experience.
- Strong practical experience with SAP BW/4HANA, including data modelling and ETL.
- Experience extracting and transforming data from SAP source systems.
- Experience building reporting or analytics solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud and/or Analysis for Office.
- Practical understanding of S/4HANA Embedded Analytics and CDS views.
- Experience troubleshooting and improving the performance and stability of SAP BW solutions.
- Confidence working directly with business and technical stakeholders in international environments.
- Fluent English and native Polish are a must.

⛳ An advantage, but not essential
Experience in one or more of the following would be valuable:
- Migrating or transforming classical SAP BW environments to BW/4HANA.
- SAP BODS.
- SAP BusinessObjects, BEx or other SAP BI reporting technologies.
- Complex international SAP landscapes and rollouts .
- Testing, key-user support and continuous service improvement.
- Professional German.

🎯You will:
- Design, build and enhance SAP BW/4HANA data models and analytics solutions.
- Develop reporting and analytics solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Analysis for Office and other SAP BI tools.
- Build and improve data extraction and transformation processes from SAP S/4HANA, ECC and other SAP systems.
- Work with CDS views and S/4HANA Embedded Analytics to support modern analytics scenarios.
- Monitor performance, data quality and reliability across BW/4HANA solutions.
- Analyse existing SAP BW landscapes and identify opportunities for optimisation and modernisation.
- Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Work directly with international clients and collaborate with SAP specialists across countries.
- Contribute to testing, documentation, rollouts and continuous improvement of existing solutions.

Contribute to international SAP programmes where data, reporting and analytics are an important part of wider business and technology transformation.
Develop beyond one project
Build deeper expertise across SAP BW/4HANA, S/4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud, while gaining exposure to different clients, industries and SAP landscapes.
