## Explore your tasks and responsibilities

•    Provide technical and disciplinary leadership and further develop a team in the areas of Qualification, QA/QC & Start-up Installation ATF/BLS
•    Plan, coordinate, and monitor all quality-related activities while ensuring projects are completed on schedule
•    Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding qualification, quality assurance, commissioning, and acceptance
•    Prepare and review quality, inspection, and documentation records, and track deviations and corrective actions
•    Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project standards on construction sites and in production areas
•    Support the handling of customer complaints, quotation calculations, and the continuous improvement of processes and workflows

## Show your expertise

•    Completed technical degree or comparable technical qualification with relevant professional experience
•    Proven experience in leading and developing employees as well as managing complex customer projects
•    Sound knowledge of quality management, including deviations, inspection plans, and qualification documentation
•    Strong communication and organizational skills, with a confident and professional manner when interacting with customers and project stakeholders
•    Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
•    Business-fluent German and good written and spoken English
