ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Modern Nissan Burlington is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team! If you enjoy working with people, have a passion for the automotive industry, and want to grow your career, wed love to meet you.
As a Service Advisor, youll be the main point of contact between customers and our service department, helping ensure a smooth, positive experience from check-in to delivery.
WHAT YOULL DO
- Welcome customers and listen to their vehicle concerns.
- Recommend appropriate maintenance and repair services.
- Prepare repair orders and clearly explain service recommendations.
- Keep customers informed about repair progress, costs, and completion times.
- Work closely with technicians and service management to ensure quality service.
- Build lasting customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
