About this role

Company: E2E Cleaning Services

Location: Commercial client sites in Tampa Bay

Pay: Per job. You tell us your price per square foot for each project; we approve it before work starts. Invoices paid net 30

Type: 1099 subcontract, project-based. Registered floor care businesses with 3+ years of strip and wax experience

E2E Cleaning Services is building a short list of floor care companies we trust with strip and wax projects for our commercial clients: offices, medical clinics, schools, community centers and more. We contact you as projects come up. We are not just looking for someone who can run a floor machine. We want crews who get the details right before, during and after the job: the right products for the floor, a careful prep, protected baseboards and walls, and no finish left anywhere it doesn’t belong.

What every project includes

- Prep: move or protect furniture, dust mop, and protect baseboards, walls, door frames, furniture legs and carpet edges from splash. Signs and barriers up
- Strip: the right stripper for the floor at the right dilution and dwell time, edges and corners scraped, slurry picked up, and the floor rinsed or neutralized and checked for leftover finish
- Seal and finish: sealer or hardener where the floor calls for it, then thin, even coats of finish with full dry time between coats and clean edges without buildup
- Clean-up: any finish splatter or overspray removed from baseboards, walls, doors, glass and furniture; slurry disposed of properly; furniture put back
- Walkthrough: a final walkthrough with the E2E supervisor, with touch-ups done before you leave

What we require

- 3+ years providing strip and wax services. This is a minimum
- A registered business with general liability insurance. Certificate of insurance before your first project
- E2E-approved products only. Tell us the brand and product name of your stripper, neutralizer, sealer or hardener, and finish, and why you use them. If yours aren’t on our approved list, we’ll ask whether you’re open to switching
- Your own equipment: floor machine with the right pads, wet vac, edge tools, finish applicators, and a burnisher
- Before-and-after photos of recent commercial jobs, and 3 commercial references
- Available nights and weekends, when buildings are empty
- A reliable crew and transportation for your equipment

What sets you apart

- Commercial kitchen floors: degreasing quarry tile and grout the right way
- Auto scrubber deep cleaning of hard floors: the right pad or brush, solution dilution, overlapping passes and squeegee technique
- Burnishing programs, terrazzo, and knowing which floors should NOT be stripped (most factory-finished LVT and LVP)
- Low-odor products for buildings that open early the next morning

How it works

- Apply and answer the technical questions. Tell us how you work, not just that you do the work
- We review your answers, photos and references, then set up a short call
- When a project comes up, we send the scope: square footage, floor type, condition, and the access window
- You quote, we approve, you do the job, and we walk it together at the end
- Invoice us for the project. Invoices are paid net 30

What we offer

- Project work from a growing commercial cleaning company with clients across Florida
- A clear scope before you quote: square footage, floor type, condition and access
- Repeat projects for vendors whose work passes the walkthrough
- One point of contact and a supervisor at the walkthrough

Requirements: a registered business, general liability insurance (plus workers’ comp if you have employees), a W-9, E2E-approved products, and 3+ years providing strip and wax.

How to apply: Apply through this posting and fill out the application form, including photos and references. Qualified vendors are contacted for a short call.
