We are urgently hiring entry-level Production Line Assemblers for our client, a premier health, wellness, and personal care manufacturing facility in Carrollton, TX. Pay is $16.00/hour, 1st and 2nd shifts available, full-time and temp-to-hire.

What you’ll do
Assembly & Packaging: Assemble, fill, cap, and package health, wellness, and cosmetic products (creams, energy gels, liquid nutrition).
Line Operations: Perform repetitive assembly line tasks, rotating through production steps as assigned.
Quality Inspection: Inspect products, packaging, and connections for proper fit, quality, and accuracy.
Compliance & Safety: Follow strict cGMP hygiene, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Troubleshooting: Resolve minor line errors, address basic issues, or promptly report machinery malfunctions to supervisors.
Documentation: Maintain a clean workspace and complete basic quality control forms and inventory reports.
What you need
High attention to detail, punctual attendance, and a strong safety mindset
Physical ability to stand for long periods, perform continuous hand movements, and repeatedly lift 10 to 50 lbs
Basic English reading and verbal comprehension
Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced cGMP environment with moving mechanical parts and moderate noise
Nice to have:
Bilingual English/Spanish skills (strongly preferred)
