Job Title: Facilities Technician (Part-Time)

Job Summary
On behalf of one of our partner organizations in Jupiter, FL, we are seeking a dependable, service-minded Facilities Technician (Part-Time) . This role is responsible for maintaining an inviting, safe, and pristine environment across the entire campus for daily operations, ministry programs, and weekend services.
The standard schedule runs Monday through Friday and weekends as needed , with the essential flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by the organization’s dynamic calendar and event needs.
Key Responsibilities
Sanctuary & Special Services: Ensure the Main Sanctuary remains in immaculate physical condition and fully prepared for Sunday services and special events.
Campus Maintenance: Inspect, maintain, and prepare campus facilities—with particular attention to classrooms, offices, and common areas—for scheduled programs throughout the week.
Vendor Coordination: Communicate directly and effectively with outside vendors and service technicians to keep building systems and equipment functioning reliably.
Responsive Communication: Maintain reliable, constant access via email, phone, and text to address operational requirements and facility updates promptly.
Operational Adaptability: Respond swiftly to changing needs across daily and weekly schedules, executing additional operational duties as assigned by the Director of Operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in a comparable maintenance, custodial, or facility support role.

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of standard methods, tools, and maintenance techniques necessary to achieve and sustain top physical condition across the campus.

Schedule Flexibility: Available Monday through Friday, with demonstrated adaptability to adjust hours for scheduled evening programs, weekend services, and emergency facility needs.
