PrideStaff is actively seeking a dedicated, skilled Facilities Technician on behalf of our client—a vibrant faith-based community organization located in Jupiter, Florida .

Schedule & Hours
Total Hours: Full-Time (approximately 38–40 hours/week)
Weekly Schedule:
Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Sunday: 7:30 AM – 1:30 PM
Friday & Saturday: Off (occasional special services, weddings, or memorial events may arise and offer additional compensation)
What You Will Do
Facility Preparation: Ensure the main worship sanctuary, classrooms, offices, and gathering halls are clean, secure, and set up for daily programs and Sunday services.
Maintenance & Upgrades: Identify, troubleshoot, and perform routine repairs across buildings and campus grounds; maintain a prioritized log of maintenance projects.
Custodial Care: Execute regular cleaning schedules, event turnarounds, and room configurations based on weekly community needs.
Vendor Coordination: Partner with external service technicians and contractors to ensure systems remain in optimal working order.
Team Collaboration: Work directly with the Director of Operations to maintain safety standards and preserve campus excellence.
What You Bring
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in building maintenance, facilities upkeep, or custodial operations.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
Skills: Solid foundation in basic plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, drywall/paint touch-ups, and general property maintenance.
Service Mindset: A positive, community-oriented attitude aligned with serving staff, volunteers, and visitors with professionalism and respect.
Reliability & Communication: Sound judgment, solid problem-solving skills, and prompt responsiveness via phone and email.
