Billing Assistant – Subcontractor Billing
- Coordinate and submit the required documents for subcontractor registration.
- Prepare and submit site work scopes for the issuance of subcontractor Work Orders.
- Obtain subcontractor acceptance and confirmation for Work Orders, bills, and debit notes.
- Verify working hours recorded in daily challans against the TRUE IN system and report any discrepancies or variations to the concerned stakeholders.
- Prepare, verify, and process subcontractor bills for supply-based works in the ERP system.
