Key Responsibilities
- Lead accurate and timely tax compliance operations across assigned legal entities.
- Review tax returns, payments, reconciliations and supporting documentation to ensure quality and compliance.
- Partner with Tax, Accounting and business teams to resolve issues and effectively manage compliance risks.
- Lead root-cause analysis and implement sustainable process improvements.
- Coach and develop team members, strengthening both technical expertise and operational capabilities.
- Drive simplification, standardization, automation and digital transformation initiatives.
- Lead the implementation and expansion of global projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Tax or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in tax, accounting, financial reporting and/or audit.
- CTA, CPA, ACCA or an equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
- Strong understanding of accounting and tax processes, controls and governance.
- Proven people leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficient in English, with the ability to work effectively in an English-speaking professional environment.
