Your role Key responsibilities in your new role

- Provide administrative assistance
and serve in an integral role to the Business Line Head
Automotive High Voltage
- Plan and organize internal and external events (all-hands meetings, workshops, training) incl. required documentation and presentation
- Schedule calendar meetings, set
priorities , ensure proper time management and organize and maintain
travel schedules and expense reports
- Create documents  eg in the form of statistics and presentations
- Proactively evaluate and
administer data eg for ordering materials or checking invoices after independently recognizing that this is necessary
- Support and collaborate with internal
Stakeholders where the Business Line Head and the leadership members are engaged

Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

- A relevant and completed vocational training of at least three years
- At least 5 years of subject-specific professional
experience in the field of assistance or an additional specialized qualification (eg secretarial training)
- Possess a talented approach to work with
state-of-the-art office and collaboration tools as well as a talent for organization and time
management
- A skillset characterized by active listening , validation
of expectations and anticipation of needs
- A high level of discretion and the ability to handle confidential documents  and sensitive information, particularly in an executive-level
environment
- Very good English and German language skills both written and spoken
