Your role Key responsibilities in your new role
As an
Internal Communications Specialist, you will support internal communications at
Infineon in Romania, create engaging content for different channels and
formats, and contribute to communication campaigns, employee engagement
activities and events. Working closely with colleagues and stakeholders across
the organization, you will help ensure that employees are informed, connected
and engaged.
- Support
the development and implementation of internal communication activities and campaigns , with a focus on employee engagement, site-related
topics and CSR
- Create,
manage and publish engaging content
across internal communication channels and formats, including intranet,
newsletters, digital screens, videos, presentations and other employee
communication formats
- Support
the planning , coordination and execution of internal and external events
- Collaborate with internal
stakeholders and cross-functional teams
to identify communication needs and ensure clear and consistent communication
Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
You
are a proactive and hands-on communication professional who enjoys creating
engaging content, organizing events, and bringing people together. You remain
focused on solutions, open, and flexible even when under pressure, promote an
awareness for continuous quality in your area of work, and quickly establish a
successful cooperation. You have a technical curiosity to understand how things
are made.
- An academic background in communications , marketing ,
public relations , journalism or a related field
- 3-5 years of
relevant professional experience in internal or corporate communications,
event management, marketing, an agency or a comparable environment
- Strong writing and
storytelling skills and the ability to adapt content to different internal
target groups and communication formats
- Experience with or a
strong interest in digital communication channels and content management
systems (CMS) ; experience with intranet, newsletters, video or other
digital employee communication formats is an advantage
- Good level of
understanding on how to combine text with graphics and visuals to create
engaging content. Editing tools knowledge is a plus
- Strong organizational
and interpersonal skills , combined with a hands-on mentality, creativity
and reliability
- Fluency in English

position is offered on a fixed-term contract basis with a duration of
approximately 3 years.
