• Working knowledge of 49 CFR Part 195, including DOT 195.222 for liquid pipelines.
• Knowledge of API 1104 Appendix B, ASME B31.3, and ASME BPVC Section IX.
• Experience reviewing welding procedures, welder qualifications, and NDE documentation.
• Ability to interpret isometric drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
• Current TWIC card.
• Ability to work in a refinery or chemical plant, climb stairs, and access elevated work areas.
• Availability for the designated night shift.

Assignment scope:
The assignment is expected to last 3–4 weeks and may be extended. Work may include piping prefabrication, pipe and valve installation, pneumatic testing, and insulation installation support.
Why this position is needed:
Additional inspection coverage is needed to support increased welding and NDE activity, including expanded fabrication work and DOT-related verification. Dedicated night-shift coverage will help prevent inspection backlogs, address quality issues quickly, maintain compliance, and support safe, timely project completion.
