I'm partnering with a well-established, family-owned electrical contractor looking for a strong Division Manager to lead its Jacksonville operations.
This is a big opportunity for someone who knows the business of electrical construction, understands both operations and preconstruction, and has a proven track record of building successful teams and profitable projects.
We're looking for a leader who can see the big picture without losing sight of the details.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the Jacksonville division's operations, performance, and growth
- Oversee the Operations Manager and Chief Estimator
- Lead approximately 10–20 direct and indirect reports
- Drive profitability, budgets, forecasting, and project performance
- Oversee large-scale commercial and industrial electrical projects
- Bridge the gap between preconstruction, estimating, and operations
- Develop strong teams, improve processes, and build client relationships
- Take ownership of divisional performance from pursuit through execution
What You Bring
- Proven leadership experience in commercial and industrial electrical construction
- Strong background in both operations and preconstruction
- Experience managing multimillion-dollar electrical projects and teams
- Solid understanding of the Florida construction market
- Financial and operational leadership experience
- Ability to develop people, drive accountability, and deliver results
- A strategic mindset with a hands-on leadership approach
