About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused "L2 Support Engineer " for one of our client's, who are a leading brand in electronics and mobile industry, to join their team on full-time onsite basis.
The ideal candidate will provide second-level support for company's Finance Plus Services, including dealer management systems, merchant applications, and customer-facing mobile apps. This role requires strong technical troubleshooting abilities, familiarity with Android platforms and AWS, and a proactive approach to issue resolution and knowledge sharing.
What You'll Do?
- Provide L2 support for company's Finance Plus services, addressing issues across dealer, merchant, and customer platforms
- Serve as the point of contact for complex technical issues raised by customers and dealers
- Analyze logs and configurations (AWS CloudWatch, Android client) to identify engineering defects
- Reproduce and troubleshoot issues by reconfiguring customer, dealer, or dashboard environments
- Create and maintain support documentation, best practices, and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
Who You're?
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Upto 4 years of professional work experience
- Experience in Android mobile application development
- Basic knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Android device administration
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Linux, and MySQL is highly desirable
- Ability to perform initial debugging using AWS logs and Android device logs
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on resolving complex technical issues
- Excellent multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment
