Job description :
- Prepare and update global logistics reports to support the team's monitoring and coordination activities.
- Assist the Booking & Transportation Team with logistics planning and transportation arrangements.
- Support the Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) Team in preparing logistics invoices and domestic billing documents.
- Assist the Import/Export Team with preparing and checking import and export documentation.
- Coordinate and correspond with factories and relevant departments to support daily logistics operations.
- Perform other related tasks and duties as assigned by the team.
Qualifications
- Thai or International Student are welcomed
- At least 18 years old
- Good command in English and Thai.
- Studying in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations is required.
- Eagerness to learn new processes and develop new skills.
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new tasks, and work collaboratively with team members.
- Good coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling logistics documentation and billing records.
