Technical Delivery Lead

We are seeking a skilled Technical Delivery Lead to join our team at CORE TD Technical Lead Organization in India . In this role, you will lead and own customer deliverables, collaborating with regions and domain services to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce escalations. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving services and CARE delivery management, establishing long-term relationships with customers, and managing demand updates and effort approvals. As a key bridge between region needs and domain service execution, you will be responsible for CN TDU deliverables, revenue-impacting risk management, and ensuring 100% LNI compliances.

Must have:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field with 15+ years of experience in project management or a technical lead role, preferably in the telecom industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality.
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with experience in resource allocation and demand forecasting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, familiarity with telecom network technologies and services is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail, willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
