About this role

The Corporate Information System (CIS) department plans and develops ByteDance's internal enterprise systems, tools, and AI-driven applications. We serve employees and business units worldwide across domains including workplace productivity, HR, finance, legal, procurement, approvals, and workplace services.

We are working to change how the organization operates, adding AI capabilities to our system tools and building an enterprise-grade agent ecosystem that turns systems into intelligent assistants for global teams. By investing deeply in enterprise context, we enable intelligent upgrades and process reengineering across business workflows, while continually strengthening governance in security, privacy, and compliance.

We also lead ByteDance's AI transformation, building the environments and agent tooling behind it, along with the organizational change that real adoption demands. You will have a rare vantage point on how AI rebuilds the productivity of one of the world's largest technology companies, and you will build the products behind that change.

We are looking for talented individuals to join our team. As a graduate, you will get opportunities to pursue bold ideas, tackle complex challenges, and unlock limitless growth. Successful candidates must be able to commit to an onboarding date by the end of the year. Please state your availability and graduation date clearly in your resume. Candidates can apply to a maximum of two positions and will be considered for jobs in the order you apply. The application limit is applicable to our Company and its affiliates' jobs globally. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early.

Minimum Qualification(s)
- Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree in CS or a related discipline.
