Job Summary
We are looking for a Java Backend Engineer with experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices, along with exposure to Agentic AI and AI-assisted development tools. The ideal candidate will develop and optimize backend services, build REST APIs, and leverage AI tools to improve coding efficiency, debugging, and code quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
- Build, integrate, and maintain RESTful APIs.
- Leverage GitHub Copilot and Claude for AI-assisted coding, debugging, and code optimization.
- Contribute to Agentic AI and AI agent development initiatives.
- Perform unit testing, code validation, and debugging to ensure application reliability.
- Review AI-generated code for accuracy, security, performance, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality software solutions.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience with Microservices architecture and REST APIs.
- Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot and/or Claude.
- Understanding of Agentic AI concepts and AI agent development.
- Experience in unit testing, debugging, and code validation.
- Ability to optimize code quality, performance, and maintainability.
Preferred Skills
- Experience integrating AI capabilities into backend applications.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted software development workflows.
- Knowledge of API integration, application security, and performance optimization.
