5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with relevant hands-on experience in Zuora testing.
Strong knowledge of Zuora Billing and subscription-based business models.
Good understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) and Order-to-Revenue processes.
Experience testing subscription management, amendments, renewals, invoicing, payments, and billing adjustments.
Hands-on experience with API testing using Postman or similar tools.
Strong SQL skills for backend data validation and reconciliation.
Experience in functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
Familiarity with defect management and test management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC/STLC.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
