Data/ETL Engineer

About the Role** We are seeking an experienced Informatica MDM professional to support the design, development, testing, implementation, and production support of complex application enhancements. The role requires strong technical expertise in Informatica MDM and IDMC, along with the ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will contribute to end-to-end system development, support release activities, and help ensure application performance, quality, and stability.
**Job Title** Informatica MDM / IDMC Developer.
**Responsibilities** - Lead the analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation of complex application enhancements, while providing production support as needed. - Collaborate with customers, business analysts, partners, and IT team members to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Provide technical support for release implementations, on-call activities, and 24x7 support when required. - Communicate effectively with team members, customers, partners, and management, including conducting technical walkthroughs, reporting project status, and preparing accurate documentation. - Work extensively with Informatica MDM and core Hub components, including Hub Console, Hub Store, and Hub Server. - Participate in the full system development life cycle in alignment with current SDLC standards. - Use Informatica MDM Service Integration Framework and Informatica Business Entity Services to support solution delivery. - Build profiles on heterogeneous data sources, including basic profiling and join data profiling. - Design and build Informatica MDM Customer 360 enhancement solutions based on business requirements using IDMC. - Design and build business process workflows using CAI. - Design and build data integrations with external systems and downstream applications such as ERP and CRM platforms. - Ensure code quality, process adherence, and performance optimization for Informatica MDM SaaS applications. - Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
**Required Skills** - Strong hands-on experience with IDMC and core Informatica MDM Hub components. - Experience with Informatica MDM Service Integration Framework and Informatica Business Entity Services. - Experience in designing and building Informatica MDM Customer 360 solutions. - Experience with Informatica CDI and CAI. - Experience with Informatica REF360. - Experience with on-premises Informatica tools such as IDQ and MDM. - Strong experience working with databases. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and deliver technical solutions. - Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills. - Experience supporting production environments and release implementations.
**Desirable Skills** - Experience with heterogeneous data profiling. - Experience integrating MDM solutions with external enterprise systems and downstream applications. - Experience with workflow design and automation using CAI. - Experience in performance tuning and optimization of MDM applications. - Experience working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
**Education Qualification** - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. - 4+ years of relevant professional experience.
