We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager (data mng. background) to join one of our pharma partner.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

- Lead and coordinate the IT-side delivery of projects within the Data Management program.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, deliverables, dependencies and action tracking.
- Drive execution and ensure proactive follow-up on actions, commitments, risks and decisions.
- Coordinate dependencies across projects and workstreams and ensure alignment with the overall program roadmap.
- Ensure effective collaboration across IT, business, data teams, architects and implementation partners.
- Coordinate international activities across HQ and subsidiaries, ensuring alignment across local and global stakeholders.
- Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies and changes, driving timely resolution and escalation where needed.
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops and decision-making, and drive the resolution of cross-project issues.
- Ensure clear visibility of project scope, priorities, responsibilities, progress and decision needs.
- Provide concise, management-level reporting and maintain strong ownership of project delivery.

What we expect from you:

- 10+ years of IT project management experience , including complex enterprise transformation projects.
- Proven experience as a Senior IT Project Manager, leading complex and interconnected projects or workstreams.
- Expreience in Data Management, Data & Analytics, Data Platforms, MDM, BI/Reporting or other data-intensive IT projects .
- Solid understanding of Data Management concepts, technologies, processes and key dependencies.
- Proven experience managing complex dependencies across business, IT and technical teams.
- Experience delivering projects in multinational, multi-stakeholder environments with international teams.
- Strong hands-on experience in project planning, execution tracking, RAID and dependency management, and project governance.
- Strong senior stakeholder management, influencing, facilitation and communication skills.
- Proven ability to bring structure, transparency and delivery discipline to complex project environments.
- Fluent professional English.

It is an advantage if you have:

- Experience with enterprise Data Management or Data Transformation initiatives.
- Experience with Data Governance, MDM, Metadata Management, Enterprise Data Models, Data Platforms and/or Management Reporting.
- Experience with complex SAP and non-SAP data landscapes and integrations.
- Experience coordinating international projects involving multiple countries or subsidiaries.
- Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences or other regulated-industry experience.
- Highly structured, proactive and hands-on project management style.
- Strong ownership, follow-up and execution focus.
- Ability to challenge, influence and drive decisions across organizational boundaries.
- Strong problem-solving, facilitation and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a complex and changing environment.
