Senior IT Project Manager(S/4 HANA transformation) (ZR1273)

We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager (SAP S/4 HANA transformation) to join one of our pharma partner.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

- Lead and coordinate IT-side delivery and transformation activities across the SAP S/4HANA implementation.
- Drive integrated planning and execution across design, build, integration, migration, testing, cutover, go-live and hypercare.
- Integrate multiple IT workstreams and manage their interdependencies, priorities and critical milestones.
- Translate program objectives and business requirements into coordinated IT delivery activities.
- Drive cross-functional alignment between IT, business, architecture and implementation teams.
- Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies and changes, ensuring timely decisions and escalation.
- Challenge plans, assumptions and solutions where required to protect overall delivery objectives.
- Drive IT readiness and IT organizational preparedness for the transition to the new SAP S/4HANA environment.
- Facilitate key decisions and support the resolution of complex cross-stream issues.
- Provide clear, management-level visibility of delivery status, risks, dependencies and decision needs.

What we expect from you:

- 10+ years of IT project management experience , including large-scale ERP/SAP transformation projects .
- Proven experience in a senior project leadership role within complex SAP S/4HANA implementations .
- At least one e nd-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation , including go-live, in a senior IT delivery/project leadership role.
- Strong experience coordinating multiple IT streams, including integration, data migration, testing, technical readiness and cutover.
- Experience driving transformation in complex multinational and multi-stakeholder environments.
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA implementation lifecycle and SAP Activate.
- Experience working with system integrators and international delivery teams.
- Strong project governance, planning, RAID and dependency management capabilities.
- Excellent senior stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills.
- Fluent professional English.

It is an advantage if you have:

- Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, manufacturing or other regulated industry experience.
- Experience in GxP-regulated environments.
- Global Template and/or multi-country SAP rollout experience.
- Experience with complex SAP and non-SAP integration landscapes.
- Knowledge of relevant SAP ecosystem solutions, such as SAP BTP, EWM, Ariba or Cloud ALM.
- Strong transformation mindset, with the ability to connect technology, processes and organizational impacts.
- Strong ownership, hands-on leadership and result orientation.
- Ability to challenge, influence and drive decisions across organizational boundaries.
- Excellent problem-solving, facilitation and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to navigate complexity, ambiguity and changing priorities.
