What We’re Looking For:
You should have experience in HR Operations, Employee Services, HR Administration, Shared Services, Payroll, or another HR-related environment. Experience in Payroll & Time Management is an advantage, but most importantly, you are motivated to learn, develop new skills, and grow your expertise in this area.
Additionally, we are looking for:
- You have at least B2 German level (written and spoken),
- High proficiency in English,
- Min. Bachelor's degree or equivalent,
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A passion for working in a collaborative, global environment.
