About this role
A Lease Operator is responsible for monitoring and maintaining oil and gas production equipment and wells to ensure everything is operating safely and efficiently.
- Monitor wells, tanks, pumps, compressors, and other production equipment
- Take and record production readings and daily measurements
- Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and minor maintenance
- Report equipment issues, leaks, or abnormal production conditions
- Follow all safety and environmental procedures
- Maintain accurate daily production and operational records
