### Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable, self-motivated individual to maintain cleanliness across our shop facilities. In this role, you will work independently to ensure that our workspaces remain tidy, organized, and clean throughout the day.
### Key Responsibilities for a Janitor
Sweep, dust, and mop shop floors and designated work areas. Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in proper ground-level bins. Maintain clean, organized walkways and common work zones. Restock basic cleaning supplies and report when inventory runs low. No heavy machinery or heights
### Requirements & Qualifications for a Janitor
Proven self-motivation and the ability to work independently without close supervision. Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, orderly environment. Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive cleaning motions throughout the shift. Punctuality and reliable attendance.
