About this role
Job Description:
- Manage expatriate welfare operations (execute daily expat welfare operational acitivites)
- Use expatriate welfare budget according to approved requirements and execute assigned work plans
- Coordinate daily expatriate operational maters with vendors and prepare its reports
- Comply with all HSE policy and procedure
- Support special requirements for expat management, visitors, and important company guest
Job Requirements:
- Min. Diploma 4 from Administration / Management / Engineering / any relevant major
- Have min. 4 years of experience in general affairs (working in multinational company, petrochemical or chemical company background will be an advantage)
- Knowledge of accommodation, transportation, meals, travel, and daily expatriate service
- Able to manage and coordinate with vendors
- Understanding of budget utilization
- Good administrative, customer orientation, and hospitality skills
- Good and effective communication skill.
- English is a must and good in Korean (Both written and speaking)
- Willing to be placed in Merak Plant
