Status: Full-Time
Salary: Competative compensation based on experience and skill set
Schedule: Four-day workweek with rotating Saturdays
Experience: Veterinary experience is a plus, but not required

What Our Patient Care Assistants Do
As a Patient Care Assistant, you’ll keep our clinic clean, organized, and ready for the patients and people who depend on it.
- Clean and maintain kennels, runs, and patient areas to a high standard
- Help maintain horse stalls and care areas for our equine patients
- Assist doctors and technicians with safe, gentle patient handling and restraint when needed
- Keep the clinic organized and pristine throughout the day
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients and coworkers
- Prioritize daily tasks and take initiative to get things done without waiting to be asked
- Pitch in wherever the day takes you, because the little things make a big difference
What You’ll Bring
- Strong attention to detail and pride in keeping a clean, well-run clinic
- A willingness to roll up your sleeves and tackle whatever the day brings, from kennels to horse stalls
- Comfort assisting with animal handling and restraint, or a willingness to learn
- Clear, compassionate communication skills
- The ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt as priorities shift
- Dependability and a commitment to seeing daily tasks through
- A positive attitude and a team-first mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to [Weight] lbs
- Availability for rotating Saturday shifts
- Previous veterinary experience is a plus but not required; a great attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn matter most to us as you step into the Patient Care Assistant role
