This role combines operational oversight and data-driven performance management, driving corrective actions, continuous improvement and operational excellence across our distribution network.

THE ROLE

OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!

As our Warehouse Coordinator, you play a critical role in ensuring reliable warehouse execution, inventory control, stakeholder coordination and continuous improvement across Coty’s distribution centers and third-party logistics operations while driving data-based decision making and operational excellence.
You will be reporting to the Operations Manager DC, and you will manage

- Manage claims and quality systems, leading PDCA and root-cause analysis for selected KPIs and quality defects.

- Maintain strong knowledge of customer, country-specific and contractual requirements relevant to warehouse execution.

- Ensure smooth execution across goods receipt, storage, picking, shipping, returns, refusals and product destruction processes.

- Act as the first operational point of contact for internal stakeholders, suppliers, carriers and 3PL partners.

- Supervise 3PL execution against agreed procedures, service expectations and contractual requirements.

2. INVENTORY CONTROL & PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

- Manage daily inventory control, including stock adjustments, discrepancy resolution, SAP interfaces, IDocs and SAP-WMS reconciliation.

- Support audits, coordinate evidence and ensure timely closure of findings.

3. CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT & DIGITALIZATION

- Identify recurring process and system issues, driving root-cause analysis and corrective actions.

- Lead or support productivity, forecasting, cost-saving, RFQ, tender, process, systems and digitalization projects.

- Drive continuous improvement through process simplification, standardization and loss elimination.

- Build strong relationships with 3PLs, carriers and external partners, ensuring accountability and effective escalation.

- Lead defined projects and workstreams independently and support selected warehouse governance activities when required.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

As a collaborative, analytical and adaptable Supply Chain professional, you thrive in a fast-paced and diverse environment. You are proactive, results-oriented and comfortable working through uncertainty while coordinating multiple stakeholders across different countries and cultures.

- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Logistics or a comparable field; alternatively, completed commercial or logistics vocational training with substantial relevant experience.

- Relevant experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics coordination or 3PL-managed distribution environments.

- Advanced SAP user knowledge and practical understanding of warehouse management systems and transactional interfaces.

- Skilled in working with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

- Proficiency in working with Power BI.

- Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish; German is a plus.

- Demonstrated capability to analyze operational data, solve problems, coordinate stakeholders and deliver actions independently.
